GRAND HOTEL OSLO, THE MIKADO SUITE

The Mikado Suite was launched in 2013, decorated in different nuances of purple - the colour of the year 2013.

The suite is decorated based on the colour scheme of purple with different themes and pallets for three interior styles; Norwegian Elegance, Norwegian Scandinavian and Norwegian Eclectic.

The Mikado Suite presents exciting current Norwegian design in a Norwegian “Grand” environment. Straight shapes meets the soft, light lavender meets the darker shades of purple, brass meet cobber and new meets old.

The Suite is 72 square meters, holds one lavish bedroom with wardrobe, a great office space, a delicate living room and balconies with views of the main street Karl Johan and Rosenkrantz gate.

When needed, the suite can be combined with a Junior Suite to be used as a 2 bedroom suite.
